It was being co developed by Kamo and TTrick, they split for whatever reason and TTrick to over the project. Kamo was the coder and was in charge of maintaining the unity engine. TTrick didn't know how to code for that engine well enough and didn't like coding for renpy so he made a new I believe Proton based engine and is solo developing the game on it now. I don't believe anything changed, or at least not much changed. Most of the dev time was spent on making the new engine though so not a whole lot of new content from the last Unity version yet.
I wish the choices to corrupt Anne were clearer, I feel like the big one that makes the difference between the different pathways is whether you tell her to continue texting Chris?
Also her clothes are way to slutty, she needs a jacket or something.

I reacted to the clothes to, she lost those rather quickly. I don't mind her being half naked, it's just a bit unrealistic. But then again, realism and porn games seldom meet. xD

I like her clothes to, but it's also about context and plausibility. In the overview Ann is described as a sweet and shy girl. Girls like that don't turn strippers in a heartbeat.

Anne's corruption pretty much begins at the bar when you ask her to change instead of stay the same. Then you ask her to tease the masturbating hobo. Then you instruct her in sex instead of just letting her mess around with you. Then you support Vanessa's sexual education efforts and later tell Vanessa you have a date with her so she can participate. Basically to corrupt her you just need to ask what is the worst thing you can do and follow that impulse. Telling her to text Chris isn't the corruption route but rather the NTR/Sharing route.
The 'asking her to change choice' no longer exists, it's a little less obvious now.
What are you talking about, the asking her to change choice is brand new, just came out last update. Before the current update it was all up to invisible stats. Also happens even if you tell her to stay the same with enough corruption points.
When i downloaded and played it a couple of days ago the option wasn't there.
Brand new choice as of last update. Don't know what to tell you but as long as you're on the Ann love path it should be there.

I kind of agree that it is a little weird, but I saw it for the first time on the playthrough that I just did to find the Joe as rival scene. That route is kind of truncated at the moment, stopping before any post-audition corruption events for Ann other than the scene under the overpass.
