Trap quest has exactly what you want, but the game itself is highly divisive.
You can make giant preggo sluts with Honey select 2.
Last Evil has cum inflation, its a slay the spire clone.
Dryad quest has inflation with xray, but it's 2D.
Mario Is missing has inflation, but it's 2D and is very buggy.
I can't remember, but I think Stationmaster and Nephalim might have inflation. They're 3D and have preggo.

Honey Select 2
It's like 80GB and needs a good GPU, so if you don't have that, try Honey Select 1
HS1 is Nearly the same game as HS2, just a bit older. I prefer 2, but 1 is fine as well.
For HS2, assuming you DL'd it here with all the mods pre-installed, has a easy to use prego girl maker.
- Just make the girl as usual in character editor, then go to the bottom of the body tab, and look for pregnancy options.
- Just adjust the sliders until the girl looks nice and pregnant.
- Darken her nipples, give her a double chin and swollen ankles, and bing bang bosh.
- Dress her up in something that looks good (some, but not all, clothes clip with the prego belly).
- Edit her name and personality. Save.
On the main menu, add the girl to a room. Then, either summon the girl or scroll over the overworld until you see her in a room, then go and have fun.
