I haven't played this game myself and only read about it from someone who can't remember it well either, but here is how it was described:
"A game in which a slime girl is the main girl and it had this setting that she can't speak yet and she used semen as a source of making her slime denser and with enough semen she'll be able to produce some sounds and eventually be able to speak. There was also stores and other things here and there which made changes in your lifestyle with slime girl. The game was vanilla but with different tools slime girl could gain enough control over you and become dom. Vice versa also possible"
