As it appears there are different endings,and it seems like you get ending at day 12.

Never mind i don't understand, after the 12 day and getting ending 2 ,I thought that it's freeplay but then slime got even bigger

I managed to get three events on the fully grown slime.
One was a beej with no cum that happens if you forget to feed her and she's big + likes you enough to not leave.
one was a beej with a mouth full of jizz. Unsure what caused it other than the slime liking you.
Also got a breastjob from the same as second.

Unsure if there are any further events but there certainly is space in the UI
