It was basically only the protagonist and his bratty tsundere sister living in a house.
I wanna say the sister had a big chest and blonde hair but I might be miss remembering.
Might have had a day night system, where at night you could touch and grope her?
I think the sister was like a streamer and you could watch her, asking her questions like "do you have a brother? do you like him?" etc.
I think it was made in unity? Definitely wasn't a standard rpgm type game.
