Identify Looking for a specific castaway survival NTR game RPGM 2DCG modern world

Hi I just can't find this game on my own.
It's a modern world survival with a 2DCG where the MC got swept from the boat and ended up on uninhabited part of the island heavily separated from the inhabited part where his girlfriend and rest of the passangers ended up.
I don't remmeber if there was any combat but the game featured full day / night cycle with need for sleep and food (possibly water too, don't remember).
MC had no interaction with NPCs (at least in the first few "days" I played) and you could check girlfriends sprite and "stats".

At the begining of the game there were some settings that included how often you had sex with your girlfriend and I think it included how fast she started cheating on you.
The game was definitely in english and I don't think it was MTL

That kind of plat of the game were popular recently..

If you manage to describe the girl's appearance then it would be perfect

That's the thing - I don't really remember how the girl looked like, she wasn't a milf and wasn't a teen, from the fact I cant' remember details she was most likely pretty generic looking. I think she was mostly apearing in a bikini.

The Castaway Married Gal's Netorare Story [nekonohoshi] - not the one
Remote Island Survivors [The Church of NTR] - not the one
Lost Love Island [OneCoin/Saikey Studios] - the most similiar gameplay loop to what I remember, but you interact with the girl almost all the time and it's fantasy setting plus it's way more basic in terms of gameplay.

Frankly other than gameplay I don't remember pretty much anything about the game, not even how long ago I played it.

If no one can figure out what game it was form my gameplay description it's fine - I can only blame my idiocy for deleting it from my drive.

Well, "Generic Looking" is curious, thoufh "Sweep away from boat" is good detail there...

But few explanation could help:

Japanese or western game?
Game's Engine?
How many NPC for NTR?

I think it was japanese
RPG Maker either VX (previous gen) or MV (current gen) possibly Wolf RPG (i can't tell the diffrence)
Number of NPC for NTR - unknown

Maybe generic is not the best term to describe the girlfriend - "normal" might be better - not gyaru, not "princess", not schoolgirl, not milf, no crazy hairstyle, no absurdally gigantic tits, not flat, slim but not skinny.

You can just throw me some names that you think match my description and I'll be able to recognize it after a bit of playing.

Important bits:
RPG Maker (or related) game where player controles male MC trying to survive on his own on uninhabited / abandoned (part of the) island while his "normal" girlfriend lives pretty peacefull life on the other side with rest of the survivors. The MC have no interaction with girlfriend and other NPCs.
