Identify Looking for a Specific game

Hay there,

I'm looking for a game i played way back, i only remember u where living on a Campus*ish place or an Apartment complex, and looked trough your window at other people, u had a housemaid, and u worked with the police or against them in terms of taking pictures and information.

I could mix up some games here but that's basically all i remember, hope some one can help.

Oh Yea it was Paradise Lofts, no wonder i could not ever find it under newer Updates since its abandoned. Ty!
The other ones look interesting too, ima look in to them.

And Yea Divimera is absolutely not even close to any of these lol, but i will give it a try anyways looks nice.
