Seeking Looking for a specific kind of survival H game

I'm looking for an oddly specific type of game that I don't think I've ever really found before. Typically, I've had to mod existing games to get this kind of thing. I'm trying to find a survivalhentai game that fits these categories:

Female Protag
Survival (duh)
Monster/beast content
Some level of sandbox style gameplay (basically I wanna be able to mess around or do things out of order if I wanted to, not a hard requirement though)
The CG can't be game over only
And bonus points if it has a horror atmosphere to it.

I'd also accept recommendations of games I can just mod to get this, I've done so in the past with Fallout 4, Skyrim, Fallout New Vegas, and even The Sims 4. I've been on a survival game kick recently and it's even spilled over into wank material.
