I can't remember the name, but it was a japanese game. Basically the MC moves back to his hometown and falls ill with some sort of idk stress related problem. While he's down, you're playing as the wife who gets used by his childhood bully, a shut in, the MC's dad, and a few others. I forgot the name, but the art was pretty good.
