Hello everyone. I am currently looking for a new game like Miconisomi's Love Raper! Maki x Examination Room. Ive played all of Miconisomi's work that I can find including Insult Order as well. What I find I keep wanting more of is the Doctor's Office play. Bonus points for having Speculum and Thermometer, even more bonus points for expanding on those two even more than Maki did. I prefer 3d Simulation style, Im not a big fan of most 2d VN games unless they are just the cutscenes and story and the action is still 3d animated.

there are plenty of 3d games out there, just go to latest updates and sort by 3d game
For one that you specifically want, there is dirty gynocolgist, an abandoned game
I think the furry game Wrack also fits it but I'd suggest to stay away as I found it to act really weird with the pc
but that's all I can suggest as far as games that may not be in f95
My very last one that is certainly not in f95 is [JIJII NIN] Nieghbor's Club Secret Activities
