I want to play games where I have agency on how slutty the MC could be and could actively seek pregnancy, I've played games like Drop Factory, Vitamin Quest, Rei and the Floating City and Meltys Quest. I also like games like Renalith in Desire, Kunoichi Karin, and even Liz Breeding Mod but the pregnancy content are just for humans so it's kinda meh for me.

Dragon Blood, Witch of Eclipse - nothing too deep, pretty similar to Vitamin Quest, except there is no 'kindergarten'.
LonaRPG - pretty hardcore, in every meaning of the word.
Para Ark - Monsters only. A major mechanic to gain companions, but the whole thing is pretty utilitarian, since the MC doesn't really care.
Hazumi and Pregnation - Humans only. Pregnancy is whole point of the game.
