Specifically I would really like to know if there are any games out there where it's possible to be inflated "permanently", as in even outside of sex scenes the character is walking around with an inflated belly
I would like to know them too, the only I can recommend is Trap Quest, inflation is one of mechanics, Your character can get inflated by human enemies, monsters, traps and curses.
