Seeking Looking for Jrpg games with Alter Ego for protagonist and job/class system

Hello everyone, i'm currently looking for Jrpg games witha good class/job system

Had been trying some old dungeon crawlers recently, Such as the Etrian Odyssey series. So, I would be happy with standard dungeon crawler recommendations. Preferably with a customisable character

If you guys could give me some recommendations. I'd really appreciate it.

Also, if you could give Me some pointers on structuring the posy a bit better. I would like that aswell. Thanks

I would say it's some sort of self insert into the story. For an example, Monster girl quest but without Luka, instead we have a dnd sheet for the protagonist
