So basically the type of games like those of ankoku or ahriman like unbreaker or moral sword of asagi or sneak in desperada, where if you lose the game isn't over, you can continue but now you are trapped in bondage type gear while still able to fight but with penalties ofcourse.

Cinderella's escape 1 and 2 were pretty fun too, but not that much h stuff in those unfortunately.

They're probably not exactly what you're thinking of but Knight & Princess and Degreess of Lewdity both have you moving around in some type of bondage gear after certain events you could consider losing. Knight & Princess does have game overs but there are surprisingly many situations where the game keeps going despite me at first thinking it's about to say game over.
