Seeking Looking for Sandbox, repeatable pregnancy games.

Hello. I'm looking for a game or games that feature pregnancy as a repeatable event/mechanic with one or many characters.

I don't have any limitations with the game engine but I would really prefer if it's a 3d game with first or third person view or at least a game with some visuals and animations on it.

I do enjoy text based games so they can go into the list too, but they are not something I would look for right now as I already played some of them, like EraTohok or Adam and Gaia

I don't have any limitations with fetishes, except for games that have female/male characters with gigantic assets such as boobs, dicks or ass.

I would prefer if one of the features of the game is unrestricted sexual intercourse with characters, featuring incest relationships or so.

I would also gladly appreciate if the games feature a great amount of freedom (I know that this aspect of the game can be relative, but I mostly refer to having many options and such, for example being able to choose positions). An ideal level of this aspect would be something like LifePlay, for example, but it's not strict for the game to have freedom at that point

Some of the games I enjoyed as a reference: Lilith's throne and Living with sister: Monochrome fantasy.
