In essence I'm looking for games like XXXcivilaization, where the player controls and preferably corrupts a society, games where this is also a theme but not necessarily the main focus, like absolute power corruption, are also appreciated, thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Try Corruption, it's a fuckfest where You roam around the town and take control over facilities, individual families etc. Not super bright, but can be fun

- Four Elements Trainer (Avatar the last air bender. Corrupt all kingdoms)
- Hentai High School+ (Own a school. Blackmail and Brainwash the school and later the town)
- Peasant's Quest (Corrupt women and build your reputation)
