Here is what I remember
-Your sister shot your father who was abusing you (male Mc)
-might be twins
-Mom is blonde
-starts by driving across the country to (Aunt's? ) new home
-I think the siblings are D&D players
-May have been some sort of encounter between the siblings in the public toilets
-You stop at a park to make burgers at a park BBQ
-There was a terrible and awful teaser sort of thing at the end that suggested NTR
