I was curious to know if there is some sort of hidden info in investigating the leviathan. So I took the time to map out the choices.
The result was that no matter what you choose you find out nothing.

From what I can see it's optional. There is an toggle in the options. So it's really up to you if you like ya favorite girl stroking another dude.

It means that there is NTR. I did not know. Does it contain a lot of NTR? I mean, does the game focus on it as a main path or is it a side story, knowing that I would like that?
Honestly, you are going to have to ask the dev that question because I'm not sure what content he is trying to focus on or check if he has an updates about it on his subcribestar. Hope that helps.

there is not a lot of it, in fact it is literally reusing the assets from the existing scenes, replacing the goblin cock with a human cock

Not really. Creator said he gonna focus more on the main and probably an additional character we can bang Queen Fina . He will postpone the Earl stuff for the next future updates.

Actually it's not that slow since the June update is already finished. There wouldn't be much in June just story progress(Fina introduction maybe but could be on July update) and maybe additional town stuff and some cg. We'll be getting not just one but few new scenes in July.
Just a quick note on July updates: it's probably 25-30% done I could be wrong since it's just my assumptions.
