Did the latest version correct the bug making it impossible to access the city?

So was just wondering if the new version fixed that or it was still bugged.

I ran into the same bug. the workaround in the previous version was to start a new game and select "skip to new content" (which isn't. it just skips the prologue. it does NOT skip to new content). This starts you out with the town already unlocked.

I have no idea if they actually managed to fix this bug because this time around I used that option and skipped to the point where the town is unlocked.

So I managed to trigger the Sex scene. You need:
Azaela's love and/or obedience above 100
Her room at Lv5
The Laboratory at Lv5 (maybe, not sure but the scenes started triggering right after I got it to Lv5, so...)

I meet all those requirements and no go.

Just an FYI, the reason people are not finding the new content from v23 is because it is only in the subscriber version.

If you're playing the public version, Az'ea's 4th romance scene and the other later parts of her romance aren't in it.
Those are only in the Subscribers' build.
