Yeah sorry to say this guys but its a bug. And the new v0.21.1 should fix that problem.

If you initiate a Feast you will unlock the new town. Or a New Game at day 12.

ok I did three feasst over 3 days still did not unlock, but my save is also kinda old, I never even saw any of the duke content so I may just need to restart or if someone has a save they are willing to share.

Well you can always start over at day 12 and type some cheats in. Restarting isn't a problem since we still are on the early stages of the game and you won't miss out in some stuff.

Mac os version doesnt open, the package contents are a mess there is no autorun or game folder, maybe its different in a unity game but ive got no clue how to jury rig it into openening the application

Major changes:

• A new town screen that you can visit during the day! This has a wide array of new upgradable buildings that expand the gameplay options and help round out the balance of the game. This is still a work-in-progress; the animations and UI elements are temporary, but it's now playable.

this triggers on day 12.
additionally, the girls unique jobs (bottom right and bottom left) are now locked behind village upgrades.
thus if you import an old save from v0.20 then it will be broken. unable to unlock the village, and unable to unlock the girl's special jobs.

as such, you need to start a new save for v0.21
edit: there is a bug where the event is missable in a new save. unless you pick to skip to day 12 which will guarantee it fires.
