Wait so there's also a new protagonist now? I was interested in the original premise so I've got to ask what is the point of trying to "revive" this game since it seems to have absolutely nothing to do with what actually made me want to follow the original's development in the first place.

They are the duo that always hangs out with Ana, and Cassie's new friends in Lost Elite.
They do everything together: from matching outfits to sharing secrets only they understand. If one laughs in the dark, the other is already smiling.

Who is #MATTY?Meet Matthew "Matty" Campbell (21, Aquarius ♒︎), Lys Sogno University's ultimate geeky guy.
With a heart of gold and a collection that would make any fanboy jealous, he’s the living embodiment of the “class geek” stereotype. Think late-night comic reads, spontaneous trivia bursts, and an unmatched passion for all things nerdy.
Matty owns some seriously enviable treasures, including the first edition of the N#1 of The Scottish Justice League in mint condition and a cherished shirt personally signed by the legendary Leonard Nimoy.
However, despite his love for collectibles, he values kindness over comics. He regularly volunteers at local animal shelters and dedicates his weekends to helping furry friends find their forever homes.
You’ll often find him sipping on his favorite drink, the exotic piña colada, and though he might seem shy at first, once you get to know him, Matty quickly becomes the kind of friend who remembers your favorite book, quotes Spock at just the right moment, and shows up with homemade cookies when you’re having a rough week.
More than just a collector of rare items, Matty collects meaningful moments and loyal friends.

Lost Elite Beta 2.0 is live, and some things have changed...You thought you knew the story... But this isn’t the same Lost Elite.
The faces are familiar. The scenes feel known. But something’s off in the pacing, in the silences, in what’s left unsaid...
Beta 2.0 doesn’t just continue the story, it shifts it.
What's new:
New Gameplay Mechanics:
- Point-and-click exploration: Players can now actively investigate environments. Some objects react to clicks, allowing for the discovery of clues, unlocking options, altering the course of certain scenes, or simply gathering information.
- Contextual investigation system: During specific dialogues or key moments, Cassie can focus her attention on highlighted words. Selecting them may change her thoughts, deductions, and conversations.
- Cassie now writes down more details about characters, actions, or clues. It’s a useful resource for players who want to review what they’ve discovered or may have missed something during gameplay.
- Minor changes have been made to dialogues, and new messages have been added to Cassie’s phone.
- Some scenes now feature new variations depending on the player's previous choices, especially to adapt to the new mechanics.
- Several backgrounds have been updated to properly support all screen resolutions.
- Artistic adjustments have also been made to animations and backgrounds.
- A login system has been integrated to connect the game with our website. This paves the way for future community features, such as showing the most common decisions players have made, comparing story routes, or viewing character likes and Photogram images. It's currently in internal testing but is already functional.
- A general review and refinement of the translation have been completed, improving naturalness and better aligning the tone of the dialogues with the original version.
This isn’t just an update, it’s a step closer to the full experience we’ve been building together, and your feedback matters more than ever.
