Had the same problem. In the end i just skipped the part with Isabella, edited the dress to my inventory and gave her the dress.

a few bugs, with Diane doing her side quest, I entered her home before giving her the dress, it played the scene but now when I give her the dress I get a black screen. same for the elf girl. Also as others have mentioned, I cannot collect the food ingredients after doing it for the first time

If you get black screen you can use teleportation and go back to your house.
