Do training with Scarlett everyday at Midday. It take 3 or 4 days for gain 1 Str and that's the cap for now.

I go back to Volupta with green medallion and every time I talk to her to advance she just says "thank for helping me and my sister."

You have to click on the waterfall thing then you can proceed but i got stuck after talking to her and my player is stuck in one place now so save before doing that
