No more queests after the first earth artifact. I suppose that's it. Chap 3 is still not available. No possiblity to make a pickaxe. It's the same situation I do remember from 3 years ago, or am I wrong?

Has the 0.4.1 update soft-locked the Chalice quest? You can kill all the smaller enemies and then...nothing. And the door won't open either, so you're effectively stuck.

EDIT: Seems you need to do additional side quests first to get this over with. Afterwards the slime boss gets "activated". Problem is that it isn't clearly mentioned as a prerequisite.

You have to kill all the slimes, if any of them drain you that doesn't count as a kill.
