Oh hey, I have this one. Since the size is so small on these games, I packaged all three, including both versions of 2 (pre and post-fix), and a viewer for animations. Untranslated. Includes saves in various places and gallery rooms if I recall.

The first link got an archive download for the original resolution, the second link got an active torrent with 2 seeders as well as the archive links. Someone more familiar with the topic might be able to figure out which gallery could serve as a replacement. Searching for artist:hioshiru$ english on e-hentai in the western category might deliver further results.
