yes maybe it is, but i played this game before and the game as sold was coc where i can fuck the mobs, the game lost a great feature.

Don't know why there blocked, maybe you need to find one to get that one unlocked or something.

They are open. You can only get their codex passage, however, after you get the first reagent of each type.

I was specifically referring to the codex for reagent info, not the cheats menu, if you're looking to obtain reagents through that means.
