I still don't get the rationale for this spin off at all. This has to be one of the single greatest "know your audience" missfires in the history of Nsfw-games.
Like who, on Gods green Earth, ever asked for anything like this? Who was the target audience?
The Bree players want content from a female-centric perspective and the Mike players already have years of investment and projection into his character.
So now, you play as this other dude, whom the player has no attachment to as the new protag, and instead of dealing with new girls, you are literally just redoing your own sloppy seconds with another guy. You are basically cucking your own player character.
Why? Who ever gave an inclination that they preferred this over: A) Building content for the current characters, B) Working on creating new DLC girls or C) Starting up on a different game?
Shawn isn't even a character, he is a surface level parody of a moderately known comedy from the 00's. The majority of the patrons likely hadn't had their balls drop yet, when this movie came out. Who the fuck wanted him to take over as the protagonist of an already well established porn IP? I like Shawn of the Dead as much as the next guy, but fucking hell, lmao.
What a missfire. God damn.
And to the 6 people who actually like the concept for this spinoff, I think it's fair to say it's a failure, when it's currently sitting at 10 pages of comments and 0 reviews after several months, when it spun off from the 7th most viewed game on this entire site.
But now I have an issue: after copying my saves to new game directory, I cannot find Cherie anymore! What happened...? What am I missing...?
