VN - Ren'Py - Love and Temptation [S2 Ep.7] [GruBoop]

The game is really good. It has some of the best graphics I have ever seen combined with some of the best girl models, not just attrative but high quality and detailed. The animations are really good and feel natural for the most part. The only downside I can find so far is that there is very little content (each episode is 1 day) And this is specially true if you want to see the household girls content (there is none for them as of now). Also, your decissions dont really matter as you will see all scenes regardless in my experience. This is no necessarily a bad thing for me, but might be for people who care for consequences.

The heavy use of fixed text speeds is so incredibly annoying.

I can sort of grudgingly accept it if you use it a few times in particularly important scenes where it has some kind of substantial impact. But that's about it.

But this... we've got random greetings using fixed cps here. What in the world... just why?

To salt the wound a bit, the font speed preference is also reset on every launch.

Unfortunately, the issues by no means start - nor end - there.

The story is all over the place. It's a weird combo of the dullest, most stilted interactions possible stuffed into a surreal dream where you just sort of randomly shift between places as dull, yet improbable, things happen.

The actual dialogue is is even worse.

For all the effort that's been put into the models, it's a shame that everything else is doing it's best to drag it down.

I wouldn't even suggest checking this one out unless there's some signs of a solid and substantial rework from the ground up. There's just so little and so much nothing here that it's not even a matter of taste.

last update (Episode 3 ) was a little short, but whats to come with the milf and the daughter and her blonde friend will be interesting. Also the interactions with the dark skinned stripper was well done. Well animated

This is just a mess, which is unfortunate since the renders are good and mostly unique.

Since @Morpheuspro review, it's gotten even worse. The story is so disjointed it makes no sense. The mc goes from innocent retard (or whatever is the pc equivalent) to dom over some rando girl that shows up, while of course still being a retard leaving his family at the hospital for hours on end during an emergency. I don't think I've ever rated anything below a 3 but not sure how this could get anything more than 2 stars.

To improve, there would need to be quite a bit of expansion on what's going on so scenes aren't so disconnected and make the mc at least someone partly realistic, consistent and not to appear so idiotic or less mature than a 4 year old. This last chapter/girl would need to be introduced later so that some of the above could happen/develop before we get to her so it makes any sense.

I hope this can be addressed since the dynamic in the household is actually something I'd look forward to.

The only reason this gets 2 stars is because of the renders. No idea why this doesn't have the shota tag because the MC is the type where you have to tell everyone he's "definitely over 18".

The dialogue and writing are terrible. Conversations barely make sense.

There's also a points system which seems useless except to tell you whether the woman liked or disliked what you said. But with choices such as "You look great." or "Yeah you're fat." it's hardly needed.

It seems to me a game that deserves a lot of recognition, I hope it progresses in terms of popularity, they are the type of visual novels that you hope you will not see with an "abandoned" rating (as happened with stars of salvation)

After playing this AVN all I have is just... confusion.

Good:

• Renders are amazing and unique. A lot of beautiful Asian faces.
• Easter eggs of Kaguya-Sama: Love is war: the not-your-mother's name Miyuki and one of the sound effects which is most likely from Kaguya Shinomiya.
• Animations are great.

Bad:

• The story is... wait, there's a story?
• A lot of characters just randomly appears (Like, literally random) within ten minutes of gameplay without any sense.
• Point system is clearly overused: within two episodes and less than twenty minutes of gameplay you've already made tons of point-related trival choices.

TL; DR: Amazing renders overshadowed by poor writing and inconsistent transition.

I gotta say this is excellent. What really distinguishes this is that the models are all attractive in a way that's distinct. They have their own appeal/style. I am kinda more interested in the other characters more than the title characters but even the title characters look quite good. I only wish I could customize the dialogue file but seem to be unable to. Also the animations while not the best (like they feel kinda "stiff") the "directorial" choices are good. The game feels inspired and immersive and not like some cheap/bad porno but like an actually arousing sexual fantasy.

This game has one of the best arts i have ever seen, is really well written and it seems for me that the story is going to be a piece of art, literally deserves the five stars.

Each female character has very sexy proportions and a unique charm, the scenarios are really good as well, i love everything about the game

Excellent game!

Good:

• Interesting characters
• Quick to the point dialogue
• Renders are good and has a nostalgic at-home feeling
• MC's looks, behavior and interactions with others are congruent with one another(making the first scene with the teacher extreme but believable and hot )
• MC not immediately perving on his family.
• No constant inner horny teenager monologues.
• Posing and expression is really good.
• Pacing is excellent
• Writing is excellent
• Unique game, nothing like it I've played.

I rated 3 stars but realistically its more like 2.5. The game has amazing renders and animation. So good you almost forget about the nonsensical story and dialog. Usually I enjoy games that can be told without a narrator but this game might need one. Characters just kinda ... appear without explanation or even FURTHER explanation. English might not be the dev's first language so won't be too harsh there BUT its obvious. The back bone is here for a great game but the little things are dragging the game down. But regardless I'm an ass man so ill be here for the ride regardless lol.

Good renders.

That's it. This game reeks of squandered potential because its visuals, twink protagonist and outrageous proportions of some of the ladies notwithstanding, are honestly all this game has got going for itself, while everything else needs some serious work. The "story" unfolds at a ridiculous pace and some of the events in it are beyond absurd even for a porn game. Not to mention that the vast majority of the dialogues are aneurysm inducing. I would highly suggest the dev to hire a proofreader asap, even though given the quality of the source material I can't help but think that it'd be as effective as putting a band aid on a bullet wound. Just get an actual writer on the job instead.

Also, yet another game with an unnecessary karma-like point system. I always thought it was a dumb thing to have in a game to begin with, but I have to say it feels especially tacked on when the most meaningful dialogue choice you're presented with is to tell a woman whether she looks good or not. You want your product to feel like a "game", I get it, but choices are made meaningful not only by their consequences but also by the way they're presented. You need quality writing, the kind that does subtlety and eroticism well, and that is capable of bringing to life endearing and well fleshed out characters and personalities. This game has none of those things, it just feels rushed, formulaic and all around disappointing.

TL;DR = Got lured by the renders, got filtered by the appalling writing.

This is a breath of fresh air. The first episode is great. The music is also really nice and not obnoxious. The animation during sex scenes is also very smooth. Keep up the good work.the one sex scene in a club is so fuxxx hot ! I love that Black Beauty. It completely grabbed me, I like the characters, the renders are hot and also the depravity is one of my favorite things, I'm just hoping for some drama too, that would suit it well. I will definitely be following this project.

Review for episode 1
I must say that I'm not overly convinced by this game. It is of course an episode so there is not a huge amount of content which made it a bit difficult te review.

If we look at the general story not much can be said at this moment in time as the story is still unfolding itself. It does feel kinda rushed as there is not enough depth in the dialogue with the love interests. It kinda felt all over the place at some moments and due to the lack of depth in dialogue the love interests also did not really intrigue me to be fair.

The graphics was what actually intrigued me to give this game a go. The general graphics of the game are really good I have to say. Also the sex scenes are animated and were quite smooth so I have to give some kuddos to the dev for that. I'm not sure about the characters though, all the breasts in this game seem crazy big. However, I wont take that into consideration of my rating as it is preference related.

The music also wasn't very fitting in certain moments, which can really take your game to a different level imo by creating the correct atmosphere.

All in all, based on the dialogue and the feeling of the progression I wanted to give 2 stars, but the Animations made me have to give that extra star. Lots of potential though to become really good.

Renders are good overall and the girls are hot. Some body proportions are fucked up but this is porn so it was to be expected. The bdsm club reminds me of Pale Carnations so it has a great potential for plot reasons.
Not everything is that great tho. The MC is the underage twink with a pencil dick trope. This can be great if you're into that but not that good if you aren't.

Scrap that.
The dev restarted the project to turn it into the usual incest house shenanigans. So far there is nothing interesting, no story nor porn.
