Any news/update on this? This kink is the ultimate in most respects, shows either affection to get LIs pregnant and or consequence to actions like creampie, unprotected sex etc. Would really be great to see this introduced

Hmm...so slow burn, meaning it takes a while until something happens with the girls?
As well for players looking at this title for the first time...we the player still don't know if this will have a romance path (single love interest path), dating sim path (MC can pursue them all, but at some point will have to choose), or harem path (free for all for MC only...collecting them all or at least most girls end up with MC). Because there are no tags posted stating what kind of relationship can a player expect in this one guy and many girls story.
Also I suggest adding some future tag info, especially the "if's (present)" and "how's (how the said controversial content will be handled). Meaning, will it be an avoidable (a community favoured method) or skip-able (really not liked, as it still happens to the love interest...but off camera)" choice?
Many players would like to know in advance before they invest money or their time into a new project. Wanting to know if and how some of the controversial tag content will be handled like...
(NTR / swinging, lesbian, gay, trap, futa, etc. are just a few of the highly controversial tags that can afect how it's recieved).

so you can change relation but they are still not blood related shes your mothers friend even tho i put in Aunt, also the relation is one sided mc is not a nephew or a cousin, both of these makes it completely meaningless to have it in if its done like this...

If you choose a closer relationship (like mom or something), make sure to click “Skip Intro” at the start. That skips the original backstory and adjusts the tone to match your chosen relationship.
does not change the the fact that mc is still not a nephew/cousin or Son/brother. and mc will call emily "mom/mother emily" if you chose mom/mother. like i said the relationship changer is meaningless when done like this, i could do this to every game with 0x52, but it will not make it incest nor feel like it.

The story could be improved. The relationship options feel pointless when the overall narrative doesn't make sense. I am aware that there is a voting system for this, but if the results aren't used to change the story, then it would be more logical to have the relationships locked from the start.
