Multiple penetration in a game you're not actually allowed to see penetration....god i love japan. some twisted shit in their games and literature, but their government is as puritanical as they come. LOL.
Edit: Seriously though, why don't they make the game without the mosaics and put them on in post production so they can easily be removed for international sale? It doesn't make sense.
You expect that Japanese dev care about international sale but most don't. It's only recently that some care about that.
It's unrelated to this game but on the Japanese hypocrisy, they are a lot of example, porn isn't the only one.
Technically, gambling is illegal in Japan but gatchapon are a thing, and most Japanese phone game are litteraly gambling.
Even worse, pachinko represent around 2% of the Japanese GDP! Even on a small city on the countryside, i've saw pachinko building. How is it possible if it's illegal you may ask? They are generally 2 part of the same building, officially of a different company. One sold marble that it. You can buy marble, you can sold marble. The other one use marble in machine slot, with random minigame. They use marble and give marble so legally, it's not gamble.
And they are tons of other exemple of this hypocrisy. Japan is all about false politeness. (see about honne and tatemae for more )
So yeah it does make sense but you need to understand how Japanese think to understand that : )
