I wonder How many people that played the other version actually backed up a copy of that version of the game as think most places links have been taken down now.

They all live in Crazy Town... overestimating their importance... forgetting that the dev busted wasn't the first one and won't be the last one...
They have all lost touch with reality...
This WAS a GREAT game sorry you HAD TO change it to remove ALL the BEST parts I really enjoyed playing the game, I will just have to play the other games that STILL have the under 21+ smaller girls that NEED love. I will keep an eye out for of you put that parts back.

I'll be staying clear of any game with characters who's ages can be questioned. Alot of games here have them unfortunately. Not quite as bad as westy (hes pretty much fucked). I purged my pc of anything that can be brought into question. I tossed 20 westys way last year and then canceled afterward. Now hearing that he was arrested and they're looking at subscriber lists, thats got me nervous to say the least. I liked the 2 older daughters, the sister and the coworkers but the youngest daughter and her friends not so much....which is why the censored version was nice while he did that but then he stopped which got the game banned from here.
I'll stick with the games that you can't possibly question the ages, that shit IS NOT worth the trouble. Ric0h was right to age up his characters although it probably won't matter all that much. If they wanna come after you, they'll come after you as someone else pointed out already. I think this will ultimately force subscribestars hand and theyll pretty much be exactly like patreon with their ToS if they would end up being held liable for enabling the distribution of illegal content.

The problem however is:
1) Pixels don't have a birth certificate and therefore no way to prove age beyond some subjective characteristics. Realistically, all you can see is pre or post puberty, e.g. the existance of breasts and pubic (and arm pit) hair. Like Rule 7 here on F95Zone. But there is no way at all to distinguish 17 or 18 year old pixels.
2) Short / small breasted adults do exist in real life, so why should 3D rendered characters all have huge breasts in order to prove that their "age" is 18+? As if there are no large breasted 17 year olds in real life... And to be fully clear, making real porn with 17 year olds is a crime, and rightfully so.
In my opinion, none of that matters anyway, because they are just pixels and therefore nobody gets hurt, but obviously some lawmakers in some countries disagree for whatever reason.
And yeah, it might well be that SubscribeStar gets forced to follow Patreon's route if the backlash reaches certain people in the financial system.
P.S., and apologies for going a bit off topic: real porn is ,in my opinion, not a great industry to be in for the "actors". There is a lot of abuse and other nastiness. Therefore virtual, 3D rendered porn might be actually be a morally superior option. It's kind of sad that some lawmakers don't seem to consider this.

It is going to be interesting to see how RIC0H handles the story rewrite. Girls age out of both foster homes and orphanages at 18 years of age. Has the MC's daughter been homless since she aged out of the system? Does the MC open his home to the girls at the orphanage because they are aging out? Or is this in an alternate reality where those services extend to the age of 21? It will be interesting to see how all of this plays out.
