Yo seems like you do need good reviews, I really liked the game, I like this genre of Dating Sim so it's really my jam and you did it pretty great even though there are a few things to rework and upgrade the whole game seems almost finished and is already quite good. Hope there will be some futa content since it's one of the tags but didn't see any yet

Okay, it turned out to be less work than I thought.
Version 1.1 is now online.

About the virus:
I did a bit of research, and it seems to be a false positive.
Apparently, this issue comes up quite often (just google “Construct 3 virus” if you’re curious).
Of course, it’s unfortunate that it happened to me of all people — but oh well.
I can guarantee that the game is virus-free.

Game:
As mentioned in the dev notes, the game is complete (just missing the “Complete” tag).
I’m not the kind of person who releases a version 0.1 that you can play for 10 minutes and then have to wait at least three years for the finished game.
I’m happy to continue making balance adjustments if needed, but there won’t be any new content for this version.
All new content (the story will continue) will move into Love Fairy 2, which is already in development.
For Love Fairy 2, there will probably be one or two intermediate versions along the way.
Gotta keep people interested, after all ;)

Gameplay:
I understand that the gameplay isn’t everyone’s cup of tea.
I’ve always been a big fan of HuniePop, and as mentioned before, I’m not really into the pure click-click visual novel style (though there are exceptions).
That’s why I added an Easy Mode — see the changes below.
You still have to play the same number of match-3 games, but it’s easier and faster now.
But the match-3 gameplay will stay as it is in Love Fairy 1.

Update V.11
In normal mode, the penalty from Brokenheart Tokens has been reduced.

There’s also a new Easy Mode (you have to start a new game):
- The Brokenheart Token penalty is further reduced.
- The score requirements for each date have been drastically lowered.
- Upgrade costs have been reduced.
- You start with 50 money.

Cheat: Gallery Unlock

Gameplay tips:
Start with “Dice”, then “Rose” as your first items.
“Net” is the best charm, followed by “Bento Box.”
For upgrades, focus on Moves, Money, and Heart — get all three to level 3 first.
You can ignore the rest until later (do the Brokenheart upgrade last).

At this point I can finish the game and only need to repeat maybe one or two dates — it’s all about knowing the right strategy.
Keep your priority on Moves, Money, and Hearts.
Use Dice to reset the board whenever needed, and once you’ve gathered enough hearts, finish with Rose.

Content:
The lewd content only consists of single images — no animations or written sex scenes.
I’ve started experimenting a bit with AI videos, but I think that tech isn’t quite ready yet (and takes too long to render on my PC).
Maybe I’ll post some of my early drafts later.

Futa: unfortunately, only three images (Sonja’s gift scene).
It was supposed to be more, but in the end it just became too much — I had to draw a line somewhere.

Save game issue:
Unfortunately, I can’t reproduce it on my end.
The game saves under User\AppData\Local. There should be a LoveFairy folder there.
If that folder doesn’t exist, something is probably blocking the game’s access to that location.
That’s unfortunately beyond my abilities to fix directly.

I’ve got some ideas for Love Fairy 2 — there’ll be less grind, I promise!
But every now and then there’ll still have to be a match-3 puzzle or two ;)
(Though, fun fact: I still have an almost-finished Texas Hold’em game lying around.)
Keep the feedback coming — everything will carry over into LoveFairy 2.

Played 1.0 and it was fairly solid all around. Gameplay was straightforward coming from HuniePop, no crashes, and didn't notice any save issue. Overall took a few hours to complete (had to redo like 6 dates due to bad RNG ringing the bell or having a ton of broken hearts drop). The only real bug I encountered was after the "final boss" showed up, her announcement event from Ivolethe would repeat every morning after failing the first attempt then ignoring her to try to finish up everyone else. I couldn't unlock the last charm either, but that may be intended, I never got a last blue gem to trade for it after the boss showed up so it might just be an order-of-progression issue since I diverted directly to grinding the fairy then the boss first attempt instead of finishing all the girls first.

Also just to clarify - is the Clara 10 gift-unlock event locked until you beat the boss? I couldn't get her to appear as available for any interactions to give that to her until after completing the boss game.

And a request for the sequel - try to keep special item descriptions clear for event image unlocks. If I didn't see the futa tag here in the thread header, I might not have immediately figured out what Sonja's special was, and getting a surprise dick on a chick is something that would not have been appreciated. Some people may like it, but it will always be divisive and a turn off for others. Keep it optional and with a clear warning for those who don't want it.

I played V1 until everyone had 5 hearts. Tried the new version but couldnt transfer the save. Now my old save doesnt work. Sad. Wouldve continued to play but dont want to replay until then again.

I think it was a balanced gameplay. I had to retry a couple dates but I liked the challenge. Also enjoyed the art style. Even though they look like Disney characters lol.
Im usually into story driven games but this is was nice change of pace.

Where is Love Fairy 2?
Will there be an Android port?
Match 3 and novels are better suited for this platform.
Will there be a Discord channel?

Enjoyed the game. Boss gave me a headache but I did finally defeat her. Really needs sound FX or at least music. Not a big AI fan, but I found your images well chosen. Good luck with your next game. (As I watch NBC's Law & Order SVU taking AI to task on TV.)

Thanks to everyone for the positive feedback!

Gallery Unlock:

Just look under “Hints/Cheats” on the front page of this post.

Disney-style characters:
Yes, that’s intentional. The AI dataset is just too large not to make use of it ;)
In Love Fairy 2, there will be an Ariel and Anna clone ;)

Save compatibility:
Sorry, but versions v1.0 and v1.1 are not compatible — you’ll need to start a new game.

Charms & Boss info:
Yes, the last charm can’t be obtained — one jewel is missing.
Thanks for pointing out the repeated boss event issue! Thinking back on my test runs, I always beat the boss on the first try, so I never noticed it slipping through.
The order doesn’t matter; you don’t have to finish all other girls before taking on the boss. She’s available right away (as long as your upgrades are maxed — though it’s not strictly required).
Level 10 dates should unlock once you have the apartment upgrade (except for Ivolethe — hers unlocks only after both the boss and apartment are done).
And got it regarding the tags (futa) — I’ll keep that in mind.

Love Fairy 2?
I just released the first part — give me a little time ;)
It’ll go much faster than LF1, but nothing new will be coming this year.
Discord will be coming soon.

Music/Sound:
Yeah, that’s honestly something I’ve been putting off.
I still need to look for royalty-free music and sounds.
I’m happy to take suggestions if anyone knows good sources!

The one thing about royalty free music: some tunes are used quite a lot. Doesn't bother me until I am watching local television and a public service announcement comes on and has a tune that I have heard used in an adult game. "Why am I getting an erection when they are talking about not leaving pets in a hot car?" I am not into furries or bestiality." "Darn you Tune 12 from the Freemusic Collection!"

Congratulation on your first game,

Just a suggestion, (if it seem too much work just ignore it). Have you played "The Deluca Family" game, I liked the Mafia family setting, and they tried a combat simulation mechanic like DnD. If possible do think about including it in your future projects.
