The game is really good :) and kinda addictive. You also have a great taste in women. so, i just have an issue with the saves... i can't find the save button in the game
Thank you.
The game saves automatically every day (when you go to sleep) and also when you exit through the Exit button in the main menu.

Any chance of a linux version? I've tried running the windows version through Steam/proton, and while the game runs, it appears to be broken. I was able to play the tutorial, but then it seems to kick me to the apartment and there's then nothing I can do but go to work, pass time, sleep, go to the shop. There is an empty 9box on the right that appears maybe is supposed to have/do something but is broken? Dunno.

While playing around with it (mostly trying different versions of proton), I did manage to run into the 0 loop that was mentioned.

Also, game never saved successfully for me.

Shame, because I was looking forward to this--its nice to occasionally have a game that's an actual game, and not just a VN with an occasional choice (and that I'll usually find a walkthrough or all-paths/all-content mod for anyway, lol). I don't mind a hunniepop clone, played that game to 100% and enjoyed my time with it.

So if you're looking for mechanic ideas--I've always been a fan of Tower Defense. And within that genre, there are a ton of different variants, which can play very differently, so if you don't like one yourself, check out the others. Plants vs Zombies was a lane based TD. Another style is pre-set lanes with pre-set build/spawn points for your towers. (In the adult sphere, Millenium War Aegis did this and was actually an amazingly fun game. The girls were the "towers". I played the international version for a couple of years, and mostly for the gameplay and not the (frankly rather sparse) adult content.) There are "make the path with the towers" style games. And there is "upgrade a single/central structure" style--this has been popular in recent years on mobile games, from what I've seen.

Anyway, not 100% sure what game engine you're using for this, but I'm hoping you can maybe hit a couple of buttons and do a linux build :)

I’ve uploaded a Linux version. Version is not tested. I just clicked compile in Construct 3.
Feedback is welcome!
And thanks for the tips!

Greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, it is loading to a blank white or black window, then after a minute or two, to a blank grey window. The first 2 (white/black at initial start) could seemingly have a variety of causes based on what I found when researching: some in the game build and some on my end. But honestly its a temporary state and I'm not worried about it.

The last one is an actual problem, and more complicated. It conceivably >might< be a graphics driver issue on my end--I switched to linux this year because W11 is a shitshow and only getting worse with their push to make it an AI interface. However, I'm on nVidia hw, and unfortunately they don't play nice with linux. For the most part, the linux folks have managed to get it sorted and have working nVidia drivers, but it means there's no official "new driver" I could go try. I do appear to be on the most current driver available for my system, however. I'll also note that I'm rather a linux noob, so its very possible I'm screwing up something simple that others better with the OS would know how to do.

But...it might have to do with the errors I was seeing in the terminal when I launch the app from the terminal, that showed up shortly after it switched from white/black to grey.

Here's the command and resulting feedback at the terminal. Note that the ignore gpu blacklist flag was something I found that could have been a fix if there was some kind of compatibility issue between Construct 3 and my graphics card.

/LoveFairyV11$ ./LoveFairyV11 --ignore-gpu-blacklist

I did confirm that the loopback port for 9222 was open on my firewall, so that's not blocked to cause an issue, fyi.
I also tried running the game with the --disable-cpu flag.
Looking into those errors, it appears the program is trying to use an API that google no longer supports (GCM=google cloud messaging; was replaced with Firebase Cloud Messaging, FCM, apparently). When I was trying to get the windows version working earlier, I noticed it downloaded some MS Edge stuff--it seems Construct 3 has browser dependencies and the chrome functions are out of date.

Dunno if it has any option to use firefox for its browser "back end", or if the chrome stuff could be updated. Also not 100% sure that's the actual root cause of my issue (because of the gfx card thing), but it seems quite possible.

If you feel like that helps and want to futz with it some more, I'll keep an eye out for news of a new linux version being put up. Regardless, I appreciate you making the attempt, even if you decide to not keep going with the linux attempt and drop it here (which I would totally understand).

Unfortunately, the export options for Linux in Construct 3 are very limited.
There used to be an NW.js export, but it was removed recently and isn’t available anymore.

The selectable Linux CEF versions are Chromium v138, v137, v133, v131, and v129f — that’s all I can choose from.
I can gladly make you a version with an older CEF build if you want, but other than that — no idea, sorry.
I’m a Linux noob.

Yeah, I honestly am too. Weird thing is that GCM has been deprecated and offline for something like 6 years, so no idea why any of those chromium versions would be using it--pretty sure those are all newer than that.

I gave up on that and kept tinkering with getting the windows version to work through the compatability layers (since it was almost working already), and finally had success. Just finished the game, thoroughly enjoyed it. Keep up the good work :)

Edit:
For anyone else trying to get it to work in linux, I don't remember exactly everything I did, but I used GE Proton, basically using the stuff , and it started working. I would lose the cursor if I switched to another program and back, so it wasn't perfect, but it was completely playable as long as I stayed in game. No idea if just using GE would have been enough, or if the other stuff helped at all.

idk if the easy mode is not working as intended or what, but it doesn't feel easier in comparison to the normal mode. :/

As already explained, it’s a false positive from Construct 3.
Just check the earlier posts.
I dowloaded and installed it and it was a flase nvidia installation with a trojan inside. clean your files from virus warning. Until then I maintain my warning for other people : Do not install!

Where did you download it? This is not supposed to be an NVidia Installation. It's a zip file.

And stop demanding people not install. There is no install, it's an unzip.

sorry, I downloaded elsewhere because of the virus warning. If there is no warning you can download it. The executable must be LoveFairyV11.exe

The game is a good match3 with AI CG fo those who like that. Except that the bonnus does not work. I bought several bonnuses. I put them in the slots that you can use during dates and I put them in the square with slots in the MC room. Nothing works! It's really frustrating! Someone know how to use them ?

I’m not sure I follow — are you talking about items you bought in the shop?

Date items are meant to be used during the Match-3 part — you’ll need the required amount of money to use them (use: xx, shown under the item description).
Charms can be assigned to the girls in the profile view.

The slots in the MC room are just additional storage space for items.

I started with normal mode, then started over in easy mode, and the game did not keep my easy mode save... Other than that, cool game!
