I feel like this is kinda a conflation of the western conception of cuckoldry porn with NTR. The former definitently focuses on the humiliation angle but NTR is more like the fetishization of jealousy and only focuses on the humiliation angle sometimes and sometimes outright excludes it and focueses solely on the jealousy angle and/or the corruption of the heroines sexual morals.

Something I really hate about the Western interpretation of Netorare or NTR as a general blanket genre tag for Netorase, Netori & Netorare, is that the Wests sole focus for defining the fetish is cuckoldry/ humiliation/ or "sharing/ swinging" (which is false, in Japan their view of what they define as Netorase is reluctant but eventual willing prostitution). The Wests view of all NTR definitions are just flatout wrong. The sole focus for Netorare/ NTR is that a significant other is being stolen, the sole focus has never ever been meant to be on the cuck -- even though there is always a cuck in any variant of NTR, the cuck was never meant to be the focus for the fetish.
In Japan what they depict in their adult media for NTR is more normalized to depict the husband/ boyfriend as lame in the sack so the wife/ girlfriend find satisfaction in cheating through slow but gradual corruption. OR depicting the husband/ boyfriend as at risk of losing his job via blackmail etc. THESE are the most common depictions of NTR in Japan. It's very rare for Japans adult media to depict this idea of sharing/ swinging, or the husband/ boyfriend finding out to either be humiliated or wank off to being cheated on.
In the West, it's obvious how wrong & flawed the view is. Anyone who's actually bought either Japanese adult media videos or doujins would know the difference here.

Is that the dev's changelog or what you think actually changed? The first two bullets points doesn't even apply. The gallery had 2 events in version 0.02. The Hayasaka library event isn't new either. The only thing new as far as I've noticed is just that the characters are no longer naked.

Personal opinion, this is an injustice for you. There is a SEVERE lack of games/ media where a Lesbian steals (NTR's) a Wife/ Girlfriend from another Husband/ Boyfriend. In my own personal views this is an outrage and I wish they existed, but they don't. I wish that these things were catered more towards all sorts of ways and not just in favor of a Netori protagonist view.
A Female Netori protagonist should be full on depicted as stealing a cucks girlfriend/ wife.

It's a nice game. It has all the features you would expect from a rpgm style ntr. Including the (crucial in my view) status screen monitoring her corruption. I don't think I have much else to say as this game is as orthodox as you get but don't take this as a criticism, no. Quite the opposite, orthodox is more than fine. Good job dev!
