Southeast of the Masked Castle where you can chop some trees. You can walk into the holes to get into the cave.

Yeah, what i didn't know and the game don't tell is that you need star of completion to marry i had to see the game wiki

should I go for high or low karma? I want to do everything possible in the game but it said some ''buddy'' might not join so which is better for a playthrough? Also does ntr matter for karma as well?

both, but most things don't work for high karma so get high karma do that content then naturally your karma will drop as you play, also no karma doesn't effect ntr content
