Yeah you really need to go out of your way for NTR to happen. If you play the game normally it will never occur organically.
I remember playing the game marrying the mom character and move to another village. Specific NTR scenarios can happen during that time but I never got it to trigger so yeah....and even then is it really NTR? The girls still love the MC no matter what happens.
