Thanks i started a new game + just to see the difference (and to start as a citizen) . Is there a way to gain or lose karma quickly?
Best way to lower Karma I found apart from the obvious helping people/killing mosters, is using Holy water in the Blades Castle tombstone in the north of the Kitany Plains (5 Karma I believe...) and having sex with the spirit in the Hole of Groans (Another 5 iirc).
For gaining Karma, Sosha's missions give you plenty of opportunities of doing it, and you can gain quite a few points stealing wood in Connie Pleasure district.

In NG+ you can (you choose to do it or no) start with your gold, items, values with the Buddies/factions, etc. But the biggest difference is that you can start as a Citizen, that it is let's say a new challenge, as you start quite weak (though you can use magic, use all armors/shields and weapons), and with higher Karma.
Nonetheless there are some items/souls that are always carried over, no matter what you choose. If you like the extra challenge, you can dump most of them in the storage boxes and not touch them in your game.
