i know this mod is dead now but i still wanna play the mod.. but everytime i try to launch it ultimate 2d game just crashes
Late reply, but if you're using a program like WinRAR, then you might need a new one, I used PeaZip. As for the crashes of the game, the only time the game crashed for me was whenever I entered Stage Select and touched on Stage 2, otherwise, it worked fine for me.
weird even with peazip i still get crashes when trying to open the game but sometimes it doesnt but i just get a blackscreen with audio

I don't believe it's possible. She was removed in early versions of the game after Rockcandy left the project iirc.
