I have the same issue. Not sure what the deal is with sasha only cowgirl works for me.

Apparently according to their discord, there is a bug with progression on her scenes and a dev is looking into it.

If I remenber it right: You have to buy the Z box. Then despite the hint you have to interact with Bree when she is in the living room, not click the video game option.

I checked the electronic store but I only see 'Spy Camera' there and I also tried interacting with her instead of play video game still nothing happens :/

Once she's active no, but when you first meet her you can basically tell her to fuck off and then she won't be part of the game anymore
