There's a group proposal method for the home harem. Usually you'd not be able to propose to someone that low an LP (you're right, 80 is her current max).
You have to propose to one of the other home harem members, and it should trigger based on who is currently in the harem.

You can't be playing version 21.8.1 as even Patreon is only up to 21.8.0b.
One alternate download site had an incorrect version number of 21.8.1, but as previous posts to you said, ver 21.8.0a, available now from starting post of thread, should correct Lexi home trailer park no picture.
Safest to extract to a new folder, then copy game/saves folder from old version to same place in new version.

If I Remember Correctly, When 1st Time Shiori Work At Office There Are Choices, If You Choice First Option, Shiori Will Never Appears Again (Gone), You Have To Choose Second Option "I Like When You Call Me Master (Or Something)" To Make Shiori Appear. Else, You Have To Start Over The Game From The Very Beginning.
