You need to successfully get Sasha and Bree to share you. Then, either get the required stats for Samantha to agree to you dating other girls, or raise Minami's lp kp and lesbianism up to the required amounts to be able to start her joining events. These two can be done in either order, but you do need to finish the one you start before you can do the other.
One thing to note is for Samantha you need to be on either one of the two Path D routes to even be able to do this.
Finally, you need to do the final member, which is Lexi. She needs to be done last due to certain events that need to be finished on both Sasha and Samantha's routes to be able to even start the chain of events that begin her joining.

List of NTR and Sharing characters with Male MC (Mike):
Turns out, about a third of the girls (11-12?) don't have a guy as an option, default or partner other than the MC. All the others, either implied or actually have routes, options, and scenes with guys. The three new ones especially, given there's "finally" something for Shawn, and Kat seems to have a complicated Jack relationship.
If I get enough likes/thumbsups I might keep this updated so future re-searchers might find the answer more easily.
- Bree - Dwayne (she and MC has to agree/be on maid route), various female harems.
- Sasha - Scottie (pre MC dating and threesome with him if MC agrees), Female harems.
- Mike - This piece of shit is the worst of all of them. Stupid Incel living as the MC of a porn fantasy game.
- Samantha - Ryan (she starts as his fiancee and eventually can marry him), home harem and Emma.
- Minami - Female Home Harem only (why not also petite? or little sister with Kylie?)
- Emma - The only faithful, extremely difficult to do Friend harem with Sam and not fuck it up.
- Aletta - Dwayne, at least until you finish the office plot/harem or her story.
- Alexis - NTR girl but with a sad backstory. You can actually prevent the NTR by saying no on the first date.
- Anna - Female harems only.
- Audrey - Ryan, Danny, who knows how many others (implied, or possibly just hitting on her or have one night stands)
- Ayesha - Girls only, I think nothing happens with Goth guy.
- Camila - Too little info
- Cassidy - If she becomes your pet, I guess nobody.
- Hanna - In one path, nobody besides possibly Ayesha, other path still in the making
- Harmony - The second faithful, until you make her go strip clubbing should you corrupt her more.
- Kleio - Hates cheating and unless you play your cards right, no harems before you make her ready for them. Also very clingy, almost as much as the next one.
- Kylie - Yuki!!! Yuki!!! Yuki!!! ... I mean, Mike
- Lavish - Unsure, probably the fourth faithful, but... never completed the office harem.
- Lexi - Everyone and everybody, but for money... probably also Danny. Certainly Jack and Ryan should you wish for. If your Home harems gets STDs, you know who to blame.
- Morgan - The third faithful, until you get closer with Kleio.
- Palla - If she starts doing AV, probably a lot of guys, otherwise only Audrey and possibly Shawn in their harems, oh, and Sasha
- Shiori - God only knows what she's doing at the strip club beside Dwayne.
- Amy - Shawn (electronic guy), possibly Palla and other Goths.
- Reona - Bimbo, fucks everything that moves and is the actual NTR girl (a femalized version of the Japanese stereotype of the dyed blonde guy with a tan). By the time you have a choice for her to not do it, she's probably already carrying quintuplets from that many different fathers.

Some inaccuracies here.
- Palla taunts Mike with many stories of sleeping with other guys/girls in her repeatable dialogues, explicitly telling him she's not exclusive with Mike for the majority of their relationship. 100 heart event can theoretically end it but currently dialogue doesn't adjust to reflect that choice.
- Sasha also sleeps with Palla without permission behind Mike's back, with a choice to watch/join them only if Mike passes a stealth check. They still go through with it regardless so both of them technically cheat on Mike if he cheated on them.
- I don't recall any scene between Shiori with Dwayne. It's the strip club managers that are forcing her into soft prostitution with other men and have also at minimum tried to force her into sex. Given Shiori's bruises, behavior, lack of denial and lack of plausible alternative endings for the night, it's most probable they succeeded.
I have the game downloaded on joiplay on an android system and it won't launch, could anyone help?

Since I am waiting for the DLC on itch.io, I was just disappointed when I noticed that not only each of the three girls have extra guy options, but that one is worse Alexis, so I started making a hardline list. Although 90% of the girls don't bother me, and the completionist in me has done Mikebeingsub route in my multiple NG+ runs, I don't really enjoy such content as much as the opposite. At this point, it almost looks like some of the routes and events are there just to reuse the male supporting characters or turning them into semi rivals.
This just popped up over every scene and not sure how to get rid of this.

The fact that we have 100 downloads a day on the downloader means that it does indeed work
Not saying that we don't have issues to fix with it but it works for quite a few people.

The 7 day thing helped for me actually, but these commands are definitely helpful for the future players
Would probably be too much work but it would be cool if a perk for finishing the becoming CEO storyline would be the ability to buy a mansion and unlock a harem even larger than the current home harem.
