I just had the date with Minami with no issues and I am using the latest cheat, so not sure why you're having difficulties with it.

I can't tell you. The bug that was causing the Saturday 1400 crash was fixed. The latest version should not have that problem for you.

Generally speaking: when stuck on a "talk to" quest, look for special icons either in the basic interact (where there is "give present", "kiss" and so on) or in the talk topics bar.
I have the same issues, i am staying at early 7 am in the bakery with sam and emma, dont find a symbole, when i am click on them.
Ok it must be Wed 7 am and 15LP to trigger that.
Ok next is Alexis, i stuck in to a after the Beach Date, she will talk with me, how i do that?
