Download the Unren.bat to your LoSeSb-21.3.1b-pc directory, run it and select 3 to enable the console.
In game press Shift+O then type in samantha.flags.storyE (the last E is case sensitive!) and press enter.

(If you don't want the debugging messages on the screen open the LoSeSb-21.3.1b-pc\game\unren-dev.rpy with a texteditor and remove the config.developer = True line or remove the unren-dev.rpy and unren-dev.rpyc entireley...)

That's fine, that means Path E should be able to trigger.
Those are the full conditions for the event:

- You need to have Samantha's telephone number
- She needs to be available in the game (not gone completely)
- Sam must not be present for the event to happen (I would do it on a place where she can't appear randomly like your livingroom)
- Doesn't happen when you're asleep
- samantha.flags.storyE must be 1
- Her LP needs to be at 80 (160/2)
- It happens between at 2 or 3 pm
- It doesn't happen if you're on a date
- Chance is 25%
- It only happens on a male playthrough

If all this is met it should trigger. If it still doesn't do it for you, you can upload your save and I'll have a look (but could take a few hours, because I go to sleep soon...)

Can't seem to get Lexi to call back after the nightclub event (playing the latest build). Tried being everywhere in the house during the evening at this point, can't seem to trigger it. Sucks 'cause Lexi is best girl. Anyone else have this issue or am I just a huge fuck up?

Currently a bug, during the nightclub event choose "Tell someone else." (It happens if you choose "Approach her directly.")
If you don't have a save before open the console (If you don't know how to activate the console, I explained it here.) and enter the following command: lexi.flags.story = 1

Your save was made with 21.3.0b, the newest version is 21.3.1b (which is available in the op)
I tried your save and it triggered the first time, so I guess that bug was fixed in the newest version.

Just in case, made a save during the call... (delete the random numbers before 3-6-LT1.save after downloading)

I scrapped the saves used after I concluded it doesn't work,
The wiki should be updated to clarify it,
I tried both save scumming from 13:00 to 14:00,
And trying to trigger it like the previous events in path D.
If it triggers at 15:00 then I guess I was one wait short.

1b is pretty stable, the only gamebreaking bug I encountered was the Lexi one, but that one was easy to fix...

Well until path D to E I guess,
And I only did that to see if I could figure it out to help people,
I 100% prefer path B personally,
Though I could say D wasn't that bad,
Just the week per event sucked.

I personally prefer path C->D->E->A, because I like to punish her friend (Natalie) a little bit...

Well first 3 days need to pass since "Minami has something in mind",
Then you need to interact with Bree and Sasha either when they're in the same room,
Or individually and select talk then the Minami icon.
If Bree is on maid path and already at 100 sub then great,
If not there will be an extra step as long as Sasha is over 50 sub.

Mike will ask Sam Automatically when you enter a location shes in.

You need to do "Minami introduction ritual" afterwards,
All girls in house 20:00 to 22:00,
Interact with Minami,
Basically at dinner except for Wednesday or Friday.
