I haven't actively played this for a while because of a string of updates that broke save games (for good reasons I suppose), but about a year ago you could basically mess around with every single girl as long as you weren't kissing/groping another within sight (a few exceptions of course, Kylie being a bad option altogether and the home harem taking some preparation in terms of love and submission).
However, I think this has now changed in such a way that you can't do this anymore within the same savegame? The only reason I'm asking is (obviously) the grind involved with every new game, so it's not a harem kink as such as it is just a means to not have to repeat the same actions across a dozen savegames just to pursue a different path. Even with the cheats enabled it's still pretty slow.
Also, could someone share some info on how to integrate Samantha into the home harem? I didn't see it mentioned in the walkthrough and the search isn't of much help in a thread spanning almost 1000 pages. Thanks!

You should read the wiki.
I find it kinda dumb you have to read the wiki to get the route you want, and even more dumb that you need 10 years of gameplay to see all the content.
Both are grossly false, you don't need the wiki for most of the content and you can get most of the content in under a few hours of play.
And yes if you want to get the hard stuff (harems or hidden girls) or speed run you need either a good knowledge of the game or the wiki, sorry that my game is not a porn slideshow (there are plenty of those out there feel free to enjoy them to your heart's content).
We didn't break save compatibility since early 2020.
Nothing much as changed in regards to jealousy, the only exception being Emma and I will probably change it later on.

Wouldn't be surprised if I last played it for real at the end of 2019, with a few false starts every now and then during 2020 that I didn't follow up on.

But while saves may not become technically broken, sometimes storylines shift or previously unimportant/matter of taste decisions suddenly become relevant, so I'd argue that you're in for a treat, but I would not recommend playing every update but always skipping a couple. Next one seems like a good start with all the promised new content, I'm still not sure whether I wouldn't be interested in some more Emma and/or Lavish before I indulge myself again (for the fifth time or so).

)Dunno why but am interested to see where Sgt Foglio ends up in the ranking. Based in what I have seen so far seems like a hard nut to crack but maybe heart of gold or something. Sasha waifu? Definitely yes. Loyal & loving, but demands same from MC.
At the moment, my top favourites are Palla, Anna and Bree. The first one is an interesting piece of work to crack open, but I wish there was something more inside her than just a struggling model with a fiery red head and temper on her way to become a porn star. Anna is such an adorable anal slut... and I just can't say no to adorable anal sluts, although if she really is to stand out in this game as a butt whore, more anal specific content with her should be added. With latest updates, more and more girls are becoming ass-fuckable, so her 'liking it in the butt' does not feel all that special. Bree is really a no-brainer, a dream girl for every gaming nerd, bad boy and nice guy alike. Easy-going, slap-happy blonde still figuring out who she is, assuming the role of girlfriend or obedient maid with natural ease, just a bit too much ease.
The second tier consists of Sasha and Aletta. The first one feels like a natural kinkster and her content has the most variety of scenes, but still I don't think she's properly fleshed out. And then she has a lot of insecurities (breasts, hair color) for such a naughty girl. And her sense of fashion could be a bit more refined. Aletta is this well-used trope of a powerful, professional woman secretly craving an even more powerful man. Still she one of the best drawn characters so far, with the exception of the date sex scene. I will explore her slave route to her total submission for sure once its fully implemented.
And then there's a large group consisting of Hanna, Ayesha, Morgan, Kleio, Lavish, Ashley, Samantha, Minami and Shiori. The latter is a bit disappointing at the moment. For all her masochism advertised almost overtly from her first day at the office and for all the effort it takes to liberate her from her debt, her lewd content is very mild, milder than Sasha's, Ashley or Palla. Someone admitting they do not enjoy sex without at least a touch of pain and they wish to find a guy who they will serve unquestionably deserves some proper BDSM-oriented treatment, yet the only toy applicable to Shiori is the butt-plug, so you may unlock anal sex with her. I am sure she would love to have her bosoms tied hard with these shioribari ropes that only Sasha can wear at the moment. And implements other than just Mike's hand could leave some marks on her plump ass. Herself, Ashley and perhaps Palla and Bree could have some harsher and hotter SM scenes.
Harmony content is just too mild at the moment but I wouldn't be surprised if in the end, she may be turned into quite a sinful succubus. Virgin fetish could be added to her story, where she'll agree to a lot of progressively nastier stuff, as long as she keeps her hymen intact. You know, chastity belts and stuff like that.
Alexis and her crazy sister are just meh at the moment. And I cannot progress with Lexi's story further, she never rings while Mike's in the living room on evenings.

Morgan is the best waifu - and her dialogue is very interesting.
Hanna is on waifu tier because I like athletic girls A LOT. But as a character, meh. She really doesn't have a personality.
Bombshell~Adorable: They all have interesting dialogues or some interesting events.
Not too bad: They have some interesting events, but there is something that doesn't catch me.
Ehhh~Not worth it: I didn't had sex with them, and I don't think I ever will.
If Kat was available, she would've at least be in the Bombshell tier for me.
