The slutty dresses are limited to only Minami and Audrey. Everyone else can receive it, but it will not give them a new clothes option.

i already did this event, but it doesnt appear completed in the tracker, and it won't trigger again.
now, given the fact that the wiki is not up to date, i have no idea if there is anything after that event.
