I finished all the Morgan on the event tracker and she's capped at 60 which would be fine if it wasn't for the fact that on the Harem tracker she's at 96%. What do I need to do to get the remaining 4%?

Why cant I find the massage skill book how do I get that, also from the start if I don't choose the guitar skill the guitar book doesn't appear.

The massage book/Guitar book appear in the bookstore, on different days sometimes. they never appear at the same time
There are avoidable ones with Alexis, Samantha is also possible I think but it's very easy to avoid
