So in the questlog it says to visit Bree at the maid cafe around closing time, I can't seem to trigger that, tried changing hours and what not.

I had that problem too until I noticed the most basic of problems: Her love dropped below max. So maybe check that and if necessary send her a text or two. Also, you need to have been intimate with her before. The hour should be 18h then.
Same happend to me, drinked twice with each girl until they refuse to keep drinking yet the scene didn't start... but the girls are maxed at 70% LP and 75% LP atm, it seems I'm missing something...

I would like an option that can be activated from the menu, when it is activated the best answers are highlighted in color. I don't like to leave scenes behind and I'm quite retarded in the behavior of virtual girls ok and in girl non-virtual ones too

You can often just save scum answers, "best" is subjective. To add to that, you can also choose to unren the game so that you can read all the scripts. That way you can read the script and see what the 'best outcomes' are that you can achieve. Sometimes options are not available because say your energy meter is too low (can happen with work, but also with meeting the martial arts master, and some events with the girls as well), or because your stats are too low.
Sometimes the requirements for an event can be rather arcane, so the checking the script can prove enlightening as well. It can also happen (eg. with Lavish) that some of the 'rewards' you get are not displayed (her sleaze points), and checking with the script will at least give you an idea of what some options do beside giving the stated rewards. Sometimes you need the kink points more than the love points, or sometimes doing an event can't even result in an increase in love or kink points (due to already having reached the cap).
Even writing a mod to track all the rewards and penalties accrued from each option would be a difficult ask, since sometimes the consequences are not immediate. So I doubt something like that will happen, at least until the game is fully completed.
So like, Bree has been at stuck 40 lp for weeks, the guide says she'll call me and go to the maid cafe which is what happened every other time I played, the in game guide says just to make her fall in love with me and get a blowjob in the pool )I've already had sex with her, and even have randomness turned off in the settings... is is just possible I've been very unlucky to not get a message from her for weeks now> I am playing the steam version if that matters.

If you don't have the video games skill you'll be on the maid route. Otherwise you'll be on the gamer route. To get the event to kick off the maid route you need 40 LP AND 25 Kink or more. That is the falling behind on the rent scene you'll get in the coffee shop. Then Bree will need some help with cooking (50 LP needed), followed by another cooking event (55 LP needed). Both those cooking events are at home. Only after those two events will you get an event at the maid cafe (60 LP needed).
I did search the thread many times for Bree and 40 and stuck and similar search words, but every response I saw was from 2018. If they don’t want this thread to be clogged with “repetition” then they need to fix the search function
Yeah, because clearly I did not answer the same damn question YESTERDAY, less than 24 hours ago. I don't think the problem is the search function. It is bad searching.
Tip: Under your profile --> Preferences --> search options --> Most recent allows you to get search results sorted by date from the present backwards.

Can you get them to 100LP in the latest version? They are both locked at 75 LP for me.
Got the conversation they will share already, both of them at 75 LP. Both gay points locked at 50. Gave both drinks, waited, gave drinks again and nothing triggered.
Did this bug out due to using older saves and I need to start from scratch?

Sorry .. 50%LP as the LP in the code is based on 200 pts where what you see in the game is scaled as a percentage
