If you wanna know the rule, it's: Don't kiss a girl when another girl is in the same location. Don't have sex with two girls who are part of the same harem within 7 days of each other.

There's only one or two with the Jealous attribute that actually give a shit and call you out on cheating for kissing. Sasha is the biggest one and can actually lock her path out. The others just give you an angry stare or appear hurt and you lose a few LP, and nothing of any real consequence.

I can't recall ever running into problems with kissing anyone in front of Bree, but I also never paid it any attention as I've always mostly ignored Bree unless it was long enough to get Kat. IIRC, she may tank a lot of LP loss, but nothing more like Sasha who will lock you out of progression.
