I just ran thru the event and it all fired off as it should. Asked Aletta to help, immediately, after she told me about the investigation on Friday. Asked both Lavish and Audrey for help (Shiori gives a penalty if you ask her). Hacked Alettas computer monday morning. Purchased the camera and on Monday Cassidy called for the meeting. Took the camera to my office and planted it. Got a call from Aletta about the investigation. Talked to Cassidy at midnight and asked her what she knew, who was helping her and where the money was. Hacked Alettas computer again each morning until I got 100% Called the accountant. Got calls from Lavish and Audrey. Next Friday the investigation was over and Cassidy is my pet.

Gentlemen, I can not use coffee in kitchen and coffee break in same day, and can not perform same communication action (like compliment or kissing) 2 times in same hour (like I want to kiss sasha and bree at 9am, but can only kiss sasha OR bree and then KISS interaction locked out untill next hour)
Are those 2 features made on purpose?

Yes.

And almost all actions are only doable once per hour, and only once per NPC per day.

The coffee purchase however can be done as well as the coffee break/kitchen at home. But then only one coffee purchase per day.

Its just a game balance thing to make you have to balance your time/energy resources.
