Yup, not every girl can get pregnant for now and the birth ends in the end of the game which will be different for each girl.
Afaik Anna, Shiori, Alexis and Morgan might get pregnant tomorrow when the next build comes out but in the current version in the OP it shouldn't be possible yet.

I just unpack .rpa archives and dig through them and no Anna, Shiori pregnancy content there. Alexis content exist but I am not sure if it is available in 19.7.3b as can't unlock any scene yet ROFL.
